Status pages for agencies and resellers
If you host, build or support other people's systems, a status page for each client shows them you are on top of it, with the facts in one place.
What agencies run into
Clients want to know about their own service, and they often phone first and ask questions later.
- A host or supplier has a fault, and every client asks you about it.
- You send the same explanation separately to a dozen clients.
- Clients want a page that carries their brand, not yours.
- Past incidents are forgotten by the time of the next review.

How Orbis Status suits an agency
Each page stands alone, so a client only sees what concerns them.
A page per client
Each client gets a separate page on its own plan, and the Free plan is £0 per page. See the pricing.
Their brand and domain
Add the client's logo and colours, and on paid plans their domain, such as status.theirbusiness.com. See the white label options.
Remove our link
Paid plans have no adverts and no "Powered by Orbis Status" link, from £11 per month, per page, paid by Stripe.
Roles and audit log
Invite your team as Owner, Admin or Member, with two-factor login. See the team features.
API for your own tooling
Script updates across many pages with API keys. See the developer tools.

Worked example: a hosting provider fault
A fictional agency, Fernhill Digital, hosts sites for local clients and finds its host has a fault.
The agency posts to each affected page
It uses a saved incident template, edited with each client's site name.
Clients see a page that looks like theirs
Each page carries the client's logo and colours, and, on paid plans, sits on their domain.
Updates are kept in step
As the host recovers, the team updates each page with Monitoring and then Resolved.
The review has evidence
At the next client meeting, the incident history shows what happened and how fast it was handled.
This is an illustration of how the features fit together, not a real customer story.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bill clients for it?
That is up to you. Orbis Status charges you per page, per month, on the plan you choose, from £0 for Free and £11 for Hobby.
Can clients update their own pages?
Yes, if you invite them as team members by email with a suitable role.
Is there a bulk set up?
No. Each page is created separately, though the REST API can help you script updates.
